Our Caravans

We now have New Caravans, more Parking for customers, a Refurbished Bar/Pub, new kitchen and seating area along with an Outside Bar and direct access to the beach from our Garden and children new Play area.

How can we help?


Do you provide bed linen?

We provide Quilts and pillows however we don’t provide sheets and bed covers.

How and when do I pay for my booking?

£50 Per person Deposit is required at time of booking with the remaining balance due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made via phone on 01278 329098 or click on the link on your booking email.

Do you allow pets?

We do allow a maximum of 2 well behaved pets in all our caravans, dogs are to be always kept on leads throughout the park. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the caravans.

How many bedrooms do your vans have?

All our caravans are 2 bedroomed and can sleep a maximum of 6 people with one double room, one twin room and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?

We do take a £100 damage deposit at time of booking; this is returned to you up to 7 days after departure if no damages are found. If items are missing or damaged, we will inform you via email with images as proof and deductions made from your deposit.

What are the check-in and departure times?

You can check in between 4pm and 10pm on day of arrival and check out is no later than 10am on departure day.

Where do I go to check in on arrival?

On arrival, please come into the bar and inform a member of bar staff that you are here to check-in and a member of our staff will be happy to help.

Are there any age or group booking restrictions?

As a family holiday resort all bookings must consist of family or part family. No accommodation is available for exclusive use to under 21s or groups of 3 or more men and women such as hen and stag parties.

Do we offer Wi-Fi in our caravans?

Our caravans don’t unfortunately currently have Wi-fi, this is something we are looking into in the future so please do ask a member of staff for any updates. Our venue does have free Wi-fi available for all guests.

Do you have a minimum number of nights we can stay?

We offer a minimum of 3 nights over the weekend (Friday-Monday) and 4 nights Midweek (Monday-Friday)

Can I book in advance, or can I pay cash on arrival?

We offer a minimum of 3 nights over the weekend (Friday-Monday) and 4 nights Midweek (Monday-Friday)

Do you offer last minute bookings?

We do have last minute bookings and special offers available, please check our Facebook page or Website for the latest offers.

Do you send confirmation of our holiday booking?

We send a booking conformation email at time of booking and when the full balance is paid, this is usually sent via email however we can send this via post to your address.

Can I request as late check-out?

Late Check-outs aren’t always possible due to new arrivals, please check with The General Manager on arrival if a late check out of 1pm would be possible at an extra charge of £20

How many cars are allowed per booking?

There is a dedicated parking space for one car only per caravan, a second car can be brought on site, but parking spaces are guaranteed and will need to be parked in the venue customer parking spaces. If no spaces are available there is a payable car parking opposite Brean Theme Park.

Do you have a swimming pool on site?

There is no swimming pool on site however Brean Splash is just a short walk away. There is a Soft Play venue and theme all within walking distance.

Can I extend my stay?

Extending stays for 1 or 2 nights aren’t available for pre-booking, please ask a member of stay on arrival or during your stay if this is now possible.

I am travelling by train; do you have any local information?

The nearest railway stations to us are Highbridge and Burnham (approx. 6 Miles) and Weston-Super-Mare (approx. 9 Miles) Both take roughly 20 minutes by car. For more information on train times please visit www.nationalrail.co.uk

Is there a bus service locally?

Yes, the bus stop for transport to Burnham-On-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare is just a few minutes’ walk from the site main entrance. For more information on bus times please visit https://bustimes.org/services/20-weston-super-mare-brean-burnham-on-sea or ask a member of staff in the venue.
